Vascular Plug

Based on the same revolutionary technology as the ACDO, the Amplatz Vascular plug is a vascular occlusion device with a wide range of applications. With a lower profile, it is able to be used in dogs with vessels too small to accommodate the ACDO.

Details

The Canine Vascular Plug is indicated for arterial and venous embolizations in the peripheral vasculature. It is a self-expandable, cylindrical device made from a Nitinol wire mesh. The device is secured on both ends with platinum marker bands. A stainless steel micro screw is welded to one of the platinum marker bands, which allows attachment to the pusher wire that is placed within a hoop dispenser.

Options

The Vascular plug is available in diameters from 4mm through 16mm. The device diameter should be 30-50% larger than the target vessel diameter.

Vascular introducers are placed in access vessels to allow atraumatic and easy passage of catheters and other devices.

This 5 Fr catheter has a non selective distal configuration with metallic markers spaced 1 cm apart. This is used to perform the angiogram for sizing of the implant vessel.

Infinti offers a variety of guide wires ideally suited to the unique requirements of this procedure.

This pack contains all the equipment needed for an endovascular procedure including patient drapes, sterile gowns, syringes, and many other helpful accessories.

Constructed of polyurethane and tapered to Infiniti Medical’s guide wires, the dilator is used to serially dilate the femoral artery in cases where the placement of large sheaths is required.
