After graduation from veterinary school, he remained at the University of Pennsylvania to complete a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery followed by a surgical residency. Dr. Culp is board-certified as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, and he has pursued additional training in cancer surgery at the Colorado State University Animal Cancer Center, during which he completed a Surgical Oncology Fellowship.

Dr. Pierce earned her DVM degree from Western University and is board certified in Cardiology. She completed her residency in cardiology at Tufts University followed by a 2-year fellowship in interventional cardiology at Colorado State University. Her specific interests include management of congenital and acquired heart diseases, exotics cardiology, and interventional cardiology. While not in the clinic, Dr. Pierce enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their pups, Ashi (Shiba Inu) and Ember (Miniature Aussie).

With over a decade of experience, she has held leadership roles in Los Angeles and now heads departments at WAVES hospital in British Columbia. Outside of work, she enjoys eco-conscious outdoor activities and is fluent in English and French.
