Participants will get familiar with relevant equipment and techniques used during patient workups, procedural indications, and post-operative care, as well as basic hands-on skills.

This course is intended for practicing veterinarians looking to gain knowledge in interventional radiology procedures and will focus on Vascular techniques and include training on:

• IHPSS
• Chemoembolization
• Arterial stenting
• Intro to other advanced vascular techniques

Over the course of two days, you will get practical education through handling and deploying the devices in wet lab setting.

The course will be taught by Dr. Erinne Branter, BVSC, DACVIM, Head of Internal Medicine & IR/IE at WAVES, BC Canada.
