This two-day course will combine focused, laboratory-based instruction with case presentations in non-vascular and advanced vascular IR techniques.

Participants will get familiar with relevant equipment and techniques used during patient workups, procedural indications, and post-operative care, as well as basic hands-on skills.

This course is intended for practicing veterinarians looking to grow their knowledge of interventional radiology.

Day one will focus on non-vascular techniques and include training on:
•Tracheal stenting
•Urethral stenting
•Ureteral stenting

Day two will focus on advanced vascular IR techniques and include training on:
•Intra-arterial access
•Selective arterial access
•Coil embolization of IHPSS

Training includes patient work-up, procedural indications, equipment checklists, and post-operative treatment protocols.
