Join us for this intensive seminar focused on laboratory-based instruction for cardiovascular interventions.

Participants will get familiar with relevant equipment and techniques used during patient workups, procedural indications, and post-operative care, as well as basic hands-on skills.

This course is intended for practicing veterinarians looking to gain knowledge in cardiovascular interventional procedures.

Day one will focus on Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) Occlusion Techniques and include training on:
• Patent ductus arteriosus: ACDO, coil embolization, and transvenous approaches
• Other devices used for abnormal PDA morphologies

Day two will focus on Interventional Therapies for Pulmonary Valve Stenosis (PS) and include training on:
• Balloon valvuloplasty: conventional, cutting, and high-pressure
• Transpulmonary stent implantation: indications, stent selection, and positioning
