Diagnostic & Interventional Catheters

Along with guide wires and introducers, angiographic catheters are the building blocks of many image guided procedures. These devices allow one to access a patient at one part of the body and perform an intervention in another. Teaching veterinarians how and when to use such devices is part of the ethos of Infiniti: supporting veterinarians every step of the way.

Details

Angiographic catheters are available in dizzying variety of lengths, diameters, and tip configurations. Infiniti has simplified catheter selection by choosing a small handful of specifications that meet the needs of the vast majority of veterinary interventions. If needed however, custom catheters are available. All Infiniti catheters are designed to be cross compatible with other Infiniti products such as guide wires, sheaths, and embolization devices.

In addition to the options below, custom catheter configurations are available.

Hockey stick tip, 4Fr, 65cm long, and compatible with Infiniti sheaths and .035″ guide wires.

“C” shaped tip, 4Fr, 65cm long, and compatible with Infiniti sheaths and .035″ guide wires.

Straight tip with 1cm metallic marker bands, 5Fr, 65cm long, and compatible with Infiniti .035″ guide wires.

Pigtail tip with 1cm metallic marker bands, 5Fr, 100cm long, and compatible with Infiniti .035″ guide wires.

Vascular introducers are placed in access vessels to allow atraumatic and easy passage of catheters and other devices.

Infinti offers a number of guide wires with a variety of specifications. All of these guide wires are compatible with Infiniti angiographic catheters and designed with the most common veterinary procedures in mind.

This pack contains all the equipment needed for an endovascular procedure including patient drapes, sterile gowns, syringes, and many other helpful accessories.
