The study’s primary focus was to assess the efficacy of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in guiding transcatheter procedures for pulmonic stenosis (PS) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in a series of 26 dogs. Specifically, the research centered around the use of Infiniti’s ACDO, designed precisely for safe and effective occlusion of patent ductus arteriosus in veterinary patients.
